I studied w my biz friend recently and I realised that the group dynamics when biz ppl do project work tgt is so different. everyone turns on their camera and contributes actively. It feels a lot more fun? On the other hand, this is how project group meetings in CS usually goes: everyone doesn't want to turn on their camera, even when I take the initiative to turn mine on. Then everyone is just waiting for one another to talk. I usually have to wait for a solid few mins before anyone starts talking. no one wants to step up and lead the discussion. during meetings there will always be very long pauses, and idk what everyone is up to. Is it just me? or is this a CS thing :( cos it's so sad like there's already not much interaction cos of covid...
