23F here. I got tgt w my bf few years ago. I really thought he is the one. He has all the quality traits as a husband and I really think I wanna marry him one day. He is currently in y4 NUS and I’m only in y2… we are so compatible and really act like old couple now. 1.5 years ago, I met this guy 1 year younger than me. We only started getting close like recently. (As a group) This guy is so so similar to my younger brother. I love my brother a lot because my brother has supported me through thick and thin in life. My brother is honestly the first guy that loves me because my dad is an asshole. So the first kind of love (from my brother) I have experienced is lidat. Before y’all bash me, I’m aware and I googled a lot and aware this familiarity. Why do I find this younger guy attractive despite having a boyfriend. Maybe it’s daddy issue?? Or perhaps it’s the kind of love I’m familiar w??? Also this guy behaves like my brother a lot. As in the way he talks and reply w one word. His humor is also same as my brother. But when I ask for help, he will still help me despite saying no. Ok ik siblings behave lidat. I can’t help it but think of this younger dude recently. This is wrong. He is sometimes a red flag too, enjoy drinking and gambling…. Fk maybe I’m the one w issue. He has a completed and loving family which idk why it’s so attractive to me?? Wtf is wrong w me On the other hand, my bf is kind and gentle. He is a walking green flag that loves me a lot. He does not play mind games w me and treats me really well. However, his family is as broken as mine. He treats me very well. Idk I heard of ppl saying just look at the way how he treats his mother then u will see ur future. My bf’s mom is very very needy and sometimes too much. So he doesn’t really like hanging out w her. (They don’t stay tgt) a part of me is really worried about his reaction to his mom? I mean he still visit her occasionally and plan to give her allowance when he graduate. Is his reaction towards his mom something to worry about??? The younger dude is verg close to his mom…they WhatsApp in family group to share lunch dinner all…… which is attractive in my eyes. I left my family group chat lmao. Coz my dad is being an absolute asshole. Idk what am I thinking :’( wtf is wrong w me Idk why but this is just bothering me so much recently. I won’t act anything or betray my boyfriend but has anyone been in a long term rs and yet still find someone attractive?
